Bypass Thumbnail Usage?

Hello,

Is there a way to use the original image as the thumbnail? Right now, all my images are the exact same size and I set the thumbnail size to be the exact same as well. This allows me to see all the images in their original sizes on the same page at one time.

Basically, I want to skip having to create the thumbnails because it is redundant. I also have a background process that replaces my original files with updated versions of them, so I don’t want to have to replace the thumbs as well.

Is there any quick way to do this? I assume it should be fairly easy to edit a line of code somewhere to remove the reference from the thumbs folder….
