add editor capability?

Hi, thanks for the great plugin! I was wondering if you are planning on adding an option to allow editors – or other user levels – to manage this plugin or introduce a hierarchical file format allowing for customization without effecting plugin updates (like meteor slide’s css file). Thanks.
