Importing from pMachine

I am hoping to import my posts from expressionengine to a new wordpress database.

I don’t see any import scripts and to be honest I don’t know much about MySQL other than very simple mysql dumps and changing table data.

Is there a script out there that does this? I’ve got 2 years worth of posts I would like to move over.
