I need help With TutsBlog theme

Hello guys,
I downloade this free template:

but, when i install the logo don’t appear, the featured image don’t enable and the theme options don’t save any modifications. I’m not an expert in WordPress and i don’t know what is the problem with this theme. i wanted use this in my new online project… some developer can help me? i can pay for solve this problem. i sent a message for the support of this theme, but they don’t answered..
