Remove date,time posted by but allow comments

I have a website selling sailing holidays. On some of my pages, I’d like customers to be able to say what a great time they had etc etc. BUT if I allow comments, it turns into a regular blog page with a “posted by + date” line at the top, which I don’t want. Anyone any idea how to remove this but still allow comments? I’m using responsive child theme, so I don’t want to start playing around with code in the main theme cos I’ll lose it each time I update. I’ve disabled comments altogether at the moment, cos it looks so awful
