    At the bottom it says: If your hosting provider installed WordPress for you, get the information from them. If you manage your own web server or hosting account, you will have this information as a result of creating the database and user.

    I would call whatever host you use if you are not familiar with these types of edits. Most web hosts really want WordPress business so they are more likely to help you and they are experts.

    If you have access to the database, in the wp-options table, change the values for siteurl and home to the proper URL.

    Thank you soooooo much!!! i had spoke with my host several times but called again after you suggested it and spoke with someone familiar with this problem. Turned out it was an issue with HTACCESS that they were able to resolve.

    You response really stands out from all the others I’ve recieved on this forum, wish you well and thanks again
