NG2 Non-Ajax Pagination not functioning

Pagination was working perfectly before upgrade, now “this is somewhat embarrassing…” page shows when attempting to advance to another thumbnail page.
Enabling Ajax pagination fixes the problem, though I’d prefer not to use this. Advancing pages with Ajax takes users to the very bottom of the next page of thumbs. Clunky.
Like advancing to the next chapter in a book, and opening to the last page of the chapter.
