So you are using iBuddy and trying to make it look exactly like the link?
If that is the case than follow these steps:
Home page:
Pages -> add new page and assign to the template “Home”.
Settings -> Reading and set the Home page as static page and chose the previously created page.
Home page widgets:
Appearance -> Widgets and add the widgets that you want to show on home page under the “Home Sidebar”.
Home page settings:
Appearance -> Them options -> Home page
Here you will find all the settings related to the Home page. The default options are already fine.
