Blank Page in NextGen Gallery Settings & Other Settings

Have same problem
wp-admin/admin.php?page=ngg_display_settings
** Blank page.
WP Version 3.5.2 – Clean install – no other plugins installed
NextGEN Gallery – Version 2.0.0

Must be an issue with wp 3.5.2
but no one posting the issue in nextgen forum – strange

Anyone experiencing the same? Solution?

A lot of different things may trigger a blank options page. First question: is either of you using Windows-based hosting? If so, that’s probably the problem. Can you post a quick note here:

My hosting is linux , login details? Hmmm do you want to say server php config?

Same here. WordPress 3.5.2 hosted on linux platform. All plugins disabled.
Upload and settings page blank.
Images wrong shown in posts (just images, no frames, no formatting).

Hello, I have this same problem, blank page on the following pages:
– Add Gallery / Images (admin.php?page=ngg_addgallery)
– Gallery Settings (admin.php?page=ngg_display_settings)
– Other Options (admin.php?page=ngg_other_options)

Additionally, it is preventing the toolbar (“kitchen sink”) from loading on the “Visual” tab of the visual editor for pages/posts.

I’ve tested disabling the nextgen plugin and when I refresh page, the visual editor loads fine.

I do web development and am fairly familiar with the WordPress framework, so if you need additional debug info please let me know.

“Gallery Settings” and “Other Options” pages of NextGen Gallery are not showing up. They are blank. I think it happened when I made some modifications in permission section. Now I can’t reach that section too. Any suggestions on what could be tried?

I took the back up of my gallery files and clicked on Reset button down there. Now everything is working fine, I had to re-customize my settings.

New Question: About Respo Slider. It was working fine but stopped as soon as I activated the Child Theme of Respp Theme. I guess I need to write some code or comment in style.css or somewhere else of Child Theme to keep the Respo Slider running. Can any body tell what it could or should be. Thanks in advance to you if you have some suggestions.

I am having the same issue, blank Gallery Settings and Other Options pages. The add Gallery / Images page does display for me. I am using Genesis Framework and Prose theme. IT happened when I clicked on the “Reset all options to default settings” button.

Same here with wordpress 3.6. Update to 2.0.7 this morning and admin + site went blank. Moved plugin directory to upper directory for now and everything works. Waiting for the fix.

Hey all, I just wanted to follow up on this one.

First, please avoid clicking the reset button. We’ve seen examples where it’s deleted image files for some reason.

Second, I want to point out that people in this forum are talking about three different kinds of issues:

1) The NextGEN Attach-to-post window on page / post edit screen is blank
2) Central settings pages like Gallery Settings or Other Options are blank

For these two, we’ve tracked down and solved a number of things that we causing these issue for some users and included fixes in our latest informal release if you’d like to try updating:

If you are still having, there’s a good chance it’s a plugin conflict. If you have mappress or siloloquy installed try deactivating those momentarily. Otherwise, if you are open to doing so, try deactivating all other plugins just for a moment to see if the issue goes away.

3) Entire admin + site blank (@edzusiv). This is entirely different and way more serious. @edzusiv, every time we’ve seen this, it’s been a plugin conflict. We’ve fixed most plugins that cause this, but I think there are still a few out there. Check this link to see if anyone has reported a specific conflict for this:

Otherwise, you may serious want to consider just rolling back to 1.9.13 until we track down and find the culprit:

I got this error when i go to the Gallery Settings or Other Options and get them blank

I fix this by setting memory_limit = 128M to the php.ini file of the virtualhost. My was set at 64M.

Now no blank pages for me.
