Forgot Password Hangs on Checking Credentials

    I would like to say that I am loving the plugin so far – great job!

    I have one small problem – the modal hangs on “Checking credentials…” after submitting a user/email to the forgotten password dialog. Login/Logout works fine.

    I am running WordPress 3.5.2 with TwentyEleven theme. I do not have many plugins activated, though I tried disabling them with no luck in resolving the issue.

    After making the model hang, I loaded the developer tools (Chrome on OSX) and saw an error in the Javascript console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'reset' of null

    Please let me know if there is something I can do to debug the problem.
