Please deactivate your plugins, switch to the defaulty “Twenty*”-Theme and try again. Guess it’s a conflict with something deactivating meta boxes.

    thanks for your quick answer!

using “Twenty Twelve” and desactivated all plugin’s

the bad news is that this didn’t work ??

“Didn’t work” is a quite problematic problem description.

Does the meta box show up?

How did you activate the plugin – all sites? Single site?

Did you turn on WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php? What are the errors?

with “didn’t work” I meant that really nothing showed up.

with WP_DEBUG on true no errors while activating and deactivating the plugin on the network.

    NEW INFORMATION :

there is a sign of the presence of the plugin on the sites ??

    1) after disabling the plugin on the network I can activate it on the sites!
    2) after enabling the plugin on the network it disappears from the installed plugins tab!

notice that this is exactly the opposite behavior …. I hope this gives some help

all other plugins behave correct but not “Internal links check”

PS I did a uninstall and install in debug mode and there are no errors or warnings

I’ll come back an revisit this before the end of the year. Still didn’t really get the “opposite behavior”.
