Month vs List View

  • When I go to the events calendar, the default view is by month. When I select the List view, that works, but I cannot return to the month view. When I use the drop-down under “View As”, both view as List and Month show the URL “…/events/upcoming/#” – so it never returns to “…/events”. I don’t want users to get locked into only viewing by list.

    Same thing is happening with me. The only way I can view the Calendar view is if I default to Calendar view. However, I can never go to Calendar view if I am defaulted at List view — or if I go to List View from Calendar view, I cannot return to Calendar view via the toggle option. As chodges1969 states, I see the same URL for both.

    Hey chodges1969. Are you experiencing this issue in firefox? Or is it another browser? We have determined the issue seems to be firefox specific, but if it is happening for you in another browser please let me know version if you could! I am working on patching this now.

    Hey gang. Apologies again. Looks like the issue came through in the minifier (google closure compiler). Until we get the hotfix out you can try adding

    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

    to your wp-config file. This should fix the issue until we get the hotfix out as it loads the unminified files. Please be aware that constant does also cause wp to load unminified files in the admin for the core js and css though, so its up to you whether or not you are ok with that.

    Will update this thread as soon as we get the fix out, at which point you can remove/set false this line.
