Theme options not showing when plugin activated

Hi – as mentioned about a month ago, this plugin is great, but when activated it removes all the admin options from my theme. I have to deactivate it to re-enable Theme Options (otherwise I just get a blank page).

This issue doesn’t seem to have been fixed in the latest release. Perhaps the new developers could look at it? Thanks.
