    Hey Number_6.

You say myCRED is not showing up on checkout page, does it show up under the Payment Gateway settings in WooCommerce?

If you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and visit the checkout page, do you get any error messages?

The Gateway add-on can not be effected by your theme unless your theme overrides or alters the WooCommerce Payment Gateways feature (which I doubt). The Gateway add-on just adds myCRED as a gateway hooking directly into WooCommerce.

Yes, myCRED shows up as a gateway and a currency.

I turned on debug mode and my whole installation had many many notices. The checkout page failed to load entirely, and the only notice I found on that page involving myCRED or WooCommerce was this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /misc/25/000/100/476/0/user/web/nagualgrove.com/wp-includes/functions.php:2925) in /misc/25/000/100/476/0/user/web/nagualgrove.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-session-handler.php on line 63

The class mentioned in the message handles cookies and I can not see what relation it would have with myCRED. Do you use any other plugins that interacts / expands WooCommerce?

Is myCRED the only way users can pay in your setup or do you have other gateways? Does the error message disappear if you disable myCRED?

I only just freshly installed WooCommerce after myCRED (your plugin inspired a new direction for my community). Both fresh installs of either plugin.

    Disabling myCred did not help.

I just took a look and see that the theme I’m using (Custom Community) there are WooCommerce files. This might be the problem?

Is myCRED the only payment gateway used in WooCommerce? Does any of the other gateways work?

Yes, myCRED was the only one since the other payment methods don’t recognise the currency.

I turned off the myCRED gateway, changed the currency, then tried the other gateways – they all work.

Would it be possible for you to contact me though the myCRED website with login details for a regular account and some points to allow me to test and see if I can find the issue?

    Sure thing

The issue was that the account where the gateway was not shown had zero points. I will look into maybe changing this to at least show a disabled version.
