Changed recurring event.

When I change an individual day of a recurring event it shows the normal recurring event and the updated event. On Google Calendar it does not now the previous version of the recurring event. I am only changing one day of a recurring event and not the whole series. The plugin is not seeing that it should not show that individual days event.
Example:
Aug 10
* IPCUG Breakfast Social
* IPCUG Annual PicnicI changed the Breakfast Social to be the Annual Picnic. They are both showing up on that days event list.
