Translating issues

Hello! I think there is a bug in translating the social links.

First: If the name of a social network is translatetd with an capital letter at the beginning (eg. twitter => Twitter), the icons will not show up.

Second: “Follow me on ” and “Suscribe to my rss feed” will not be translatetd because there is a mistake in class-fire-utils.php. When I change

$title = __( 'Follow me on ' , 'tc_boostrap' ).$nw;

to

$title = __( 'Follow me on ' , 'customizr' ).$nw;

the lines will be translated.

I think this is an issue that should be resolved if possible for such a great theme. ??
