Lots of Problems

  • So it seems that I keep running into so many problems while trying to figure out WordPress.

    I’ve set up everything and have blogsite. But, I know I’m suppost to have the “Plugins” tab in the Admin Panel, but I don’t. And I also don’t see an option for the “Theme Editor” in the admin panel in “Presentation”. What is going on with me????

  • Where exactly is your blog?
    Did you login as ‘admin’?
    Did you get an email after you installed?

    I think you are registered but not as admin.

    Well, that is the strange thing. I’ll get the admin usernamea and password, but then when I go to login It, it comes back saying the username is wrong. How do I register as admin???

    In the Admin Panel, I looked at Users and the role of my username is set at Administrator.

    I’ll give you my username and password so you can see what I’m talking about. I don’t mind to because this is just a “test” setup for when I actually publish my site through my Web Host. So I don’t care if anyone knows my login info.
