Extra instance of icons shows at bottom of page

Sorry, I needed to add a link to this post and it would not let me reply to the original, so once again:

I have two sets of icons on the page. One flies in and floats as expected. The other is at the bottom left if you scroll all the way to the end. Then I have two identical sets, one on each side. Checked and footer is in correct spot in index.php.
I have it set to auto.
