My newsletter read as spam by the subscriber

Hi everyone. I use media subscribe on worpdress web . I use the subscribe form widget so i can located it on the side bar of my web. but the news letter I sent read as a spam to every subscriber. is there any way to to solve this problem ? or is there any free wordpress plugin can send newsletters to our subscriber but not reading as spam ?
