RSS links gone from semiologic beta 4

i recently upgraded to version 3.2.2 and then to beta v 4. i just noticed my RSS links are gone from the right side of my blog [blog roll?]. i’ve searched thru the different links in the admin panel but i can’t find that list with the check boxes to activate the different RSS links.
