Can't access Meta Pro update

I have User Meta Pro 1.1.3 installed on a site. When I attempt to update to 1.1.3.1, I get this error message: “Download failed. Internal Server Error.”
Also, when I click on “Visit plugin site,” I get “Error establishing a database connection.”
