301 redirect question?

so form what I understand my site redirects from https://www.capitalplasticsco.com to https://capitalplasticsco.com This seems to be causing problems with google indexing my site, as I can’t get it to index anything but https://www.capitalplasticsco.com from their webmaster tools….How do I go about fixing this?
