WP Document Revisions password protect

I am using WP Document Revisions ver 1.3.6 on WP 3.5.2.
Even though a document is password protected, any user who can login to the Dashboard can revise the doc, even if they do not know the pwd.
Is there any way to only allow persons who know the pwd to revise the doc?
