• Hi all,

I have a responsive design theme that I purchased through themeforest. The name of the theme is called Rime.

The site is all working really well and almost ready to launch, but when I view the images on a tablet or mobile the width of the images is scaling but not the height, so it is appearing stretched vertically.

The logo image is not scaling at all.

I pressumed that this should be already setup with the theme. In the blog the image posts are working fine, its only on the pages and the logo it is scaling correctly.

Can anyone please help me to fix this so the scale correctly across multiple devices.

    Cheers,

    Trent

Unfortunately we cannot provide support since you purchased the theme. You can try their forums instead though.

    Greetings, Trent

Easier to help if we can have a link to the site, so we can examine & diagnose. Otherwise, I’m forced to guess.

Best guess– the heights of the images that are not rescaling are being specified somewhere (in your HTML? CSS? both?) and that’s preventing the browser from recalculating the height based on the flexible width. Just to reiterate, that’s an educated guess based on what you’ve described. I could easily be wrong.

Have you tried using the support forum for the theme’s authors?
