Language Tabs for custom fields

I have a wordpress site for which I am using ACF along with Qtranslate.

The above pic pic for the default wordpress editor we are having English and French tabs so we can add both languages content. But when it comes to “Custom Fields” we dont have tabs instead of it I need to write somethings as <!en> English Content <en><!fr>Frewn version<>
Is there a way so we can get tabs for custom fields. I have read here
