Two sites on one mapped domain

I have an wordpress installation with domainmapping. And i am trying to make a creative solution. I want two sites on one domain. In the following setup:
I have an subdomain installation as base, with domainmapping plugin. I want to map two sites as following:
site1.headdomain.nl mapped to site1.nl
site2.headdomain.nl mapped to site1.nl/site2
