Tinymce loading problem

I using black studio tinymce for give a widget with tinymce editor but the the tinymce are not load.
I have see with firebug that i get this error:
Failed to load: https://domain.it/wp-content/plugins/simple-ads-manager/js/editor_plugin.js. The file exist but i not understand the error :-/
