• i have this issue, hope that you can help me guys.
i install wordpress in my own server, right now in my local network.
in the section “general setting” you must type WordPress address and site address.
    right now i have https://192.168.1.1/wordpress
when i type that address on my internet explorer, open fine, i can see all my post and works fine.
i setup the firewall to give access from the internet to this pc, an i have a public ip, but it seems that all the info doesn’t work fine.
so i change those options to my public ip (https://satirnet.sytes.net/wordpress), and when i tried to access from my work for example, works fine, i can see al the content, pictures, themes and things like that.
But when i tried from a pc in the localhost, can’t see all the info with the theme, pictures, etc.
so, mi question is how can a make that in local and public access can see the same??
notice when i can’t see the wordpress fine, can’t access to the admin section

hope that you can help me guys

I only see text, right now, i have configured with public address, so everyone outside of my home can watch the blog, only me in mi LAN cant

I am having the same problem from my local workstation behind the firewall when I change the site and home URL. After changing the URLs from the Settings>General, I could not browse to my site using the server browser. One of the forums recommended to modify the hosts file on the server and now I am able to log in to my site using the domain name but my issue continues not being able to access the site from a desktop.
