WP gallery with JP caraousal

Hi,
my problem is with the way to display gallery on my website with pagination, nextgen didnt suit me as there are no individual links for images, so I decided to use standard wP gallery with JP carousal which gives unique link for each image, and for pagination I inserted multiple galleries with <!–nextpage–> seperation. now the problem is I want the pages to be displayed in reverse order so that latest gallery appears first, I donot want to insert latest gallery in the start as that would modify links as page numbers of past galleries would change. so latest gallery has to be inserted at the end but I want it to be displayed first, I modified wp_link_pages so that numbering was started in reverse but page that opens is still page1 but i want to display latest page.
