3.5.2 Update causing redirect loop on all pages and posts

So I updated to 3.5.2 and now my website blog.jrlc.com is forming a redirect loop. I tried manually entering in a post page and it redirected to the main page and entered back into the loop.

WP-Admin works, plugins are not the issue. The website in a subdomain, and the root htaccess file does have stuff applied to root and subdomains, but I deleted those parts in testing and the issue wasn’t solved.

I was thinking about downgrading but I don’t know how to downgrade to 3.5.1 or if there is a better way to fix the issue.
