Error Message on Settings Page

I’m seeing this error at the top of the plugin’s settings page.
WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ”sfginc_fbthumbnails” at line 1]
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ‘sfginc_fbthumbnails’Not sure how to resolve? (And hoping that this is why my default thumbnail isn’t showing up on FB.)
