Can you explain the rational for unsetting the edit, delete and remove actions and not showing the Capabilities action of administrative users in the User list (User_Role_Editor::user_row())?

This is easily circumvented by simply modifying the URL to change an individual’s capabilities with their wordpress user id, or for deleting, just checking the box and using bulk actions. Seems to be rather pointless and creates a hassle.

    Thanks for the useful note.
After the years it’s difficult to remember the real reason, maybe there was a request from some user. I agree with you.
This intervention to the rights of users with ‘Administrator’ role will be removed with the next update.

    Coolbeans, thanks!

Sidenote: This is the only role manager plugin that I could find that was intuitive to use for non-techie people in our organization and suited our needs perfectly of needing to maintain multiple roles per user.
