Change defaults for number of rows and sort by

Thank you for this great plugin! Really appreciate it. I have a couple of questions:

1. by default, 10 rows of tasks are shown. This can be changed to 5, 25, of 50. I found the definition of the array Scrolleroption and added ‘100’. This works fine. I would like to change the default value from 10 to 50 – where can I do that?

2. by default, tasks are sorted by Title. I would like to have them sorted by Deadline by default. Where can I find that?
