I have been asked to update a header on https://www.icanwater.com/ to include a sprinkler “mascot” they have come up with. This mascot has arms/hands and they wanted to have the right hand holding onto the top menu nav. Is there a way to easily do this since this is an image and not html/css? Should I go about it in a different way?

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Krishna, but isn’t this a “how-to and troubleshooting” forum? Basically, this is a how-to for layering a header graphic with the image, no?

    lol no.

It’s how to use WordPress – and yours really isn’t a WordPress question – it would be the same issue on any website. These forums also only support themes from the repository on this site – we don’t know how a custom theme is coded.

In general, you can do what you are describing using CSS and/or modifying the header.php file. Are you familiar with CSS?

You might want to ask on a CSS forum such as:

Gotcha. Thanks, WPyogi. Much better answer. Yes, I am familiar with CSS…well, still learning really, but I’ll look into that.
