Turning WP into a Contact MS…

I’d like to use WordPress as software for my call center. Would it be possible to somehow someway incorporate a form that can be used as the template for inputting information. For example, in the editing window where you type a new post…is there any way I could add a few questions like Name:, Number:, Location:, and then have the standard post window…this way I can take advantage of the post archiving and keep track everyone who calls electronically rather than digitally. Guess what I’m saying, can I edit the editing windows…:)
