Why aren't my ol lists using upper-roman?

I’m trying to make this page display ordered lists that use letters:

I changed my theme css so that the ol style is upper-roman, not decimal. But something is overriding it, and when I view source it’s decimal.

I’m using the genesis framework.

I also tried to override it locally by styling the ol, but it didn’t work.
