[Theme: Pilot Fish] Who to add a link?

Hello guys,

I’m using Pilot Fish Theme. I have the “home_banner” as the main one.
I would like to insert a url link on certain space of this banner.

Exemple configure: H 300, W 200. Then link.

It is possible?
