  • Until you figure out where the install went south just delete the BB stuff out of your wp-content/plugins/ directory. WP should see that is gone and stop trying to call it.

I have no idea why it would be calling the generic.php file, since that is not meant to be run directly. Also, you seem to have a weird file structure:
    .../bad-behavior/bad-behavior-generic.php
    .../wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior/bad-behavior-wordpress.php

All the Bad Behavior files should be in one place in your directory structure, namely /wp-content/plugins. Delete the extra bad-behavior folder in your root.

So I’d say you just installed it wrong. Delete all the files you put on there and try again.

i figured it out–getting kinda scarey since i’m no technical person.

i had to remove the snippet badbehavior added to my wp-config.php file.

    whew!

i’m feeling kinda brave so i think i’ll re-install it and give it another go.

when i uploaded the sl3.2.2 pkg babehavior was not in the plugins folder. it was outside. might be the reason for the bad path.

    thanks for the comments.
