FIAGallery Video Box not displaying WP Videos

I have uploaded videos to the WP Media Library, however they do not appear on the Video Box screen, under ‘WordPress Video Library’. It says ‘No video in WordPress Media Library’, however I have uploaded 6 videos to the Media Library. Any help much appreciated. cheers Tricia
