Page with all post

Hello,
for about 2 weeks i’m getting use to wordpress and now i got problem.
I creating blog for my friend and she wants to have all post in index (when you comming into site it show you all post) and when you click in menu page “blog”. I think it will be easy and I have to copy function

get_template_part( ‘loop’, ‘index’ );

from index.php and it will be wortk but unfortunatelly not ;/.
Do anyone know what i have to write in page blog to show all post and it will be look like in index.php
