Smush.it not working

Smush.it is not working on my site. Tried the bulk feature and tried to manually smush one already uploaded photo. Image size was just 13KB.
The status just kept showing waiting and after around 10-15 minutes I’m left with a “Problem Loading Page” error.
Please help!
