How do I remove/add to footer in Catch Everest Theme?

  • I am using the following theme:

    Catch Everest – By Catch Themes TeamVersion 1.1.2

    I want to remove “Powered by: WordPress | Theme: Catch Everest” – how do I do this as I can’t seem to find it in the footer.php or function.php in editor?

    and

    I want to add my own footer links such as FAQ’s and Disclaimers. But in theme menus it says this theme only allows one menu… can this be done?
