Any ideas what the issue might be?

    Sorry for the delay.

What elements do you have the font set to display on?

    Thread Starter Paul

    (@pchild1)

I have it set to display on all element (headers, lists, paragraphs etc.)

    Looks ok in…
    – Chrome (OS X)
    – Firefox (OS X and Windows)
    – Safari (OS X)

    But not in…
    – Chrome (Windows)
    – IE (OS X and Windows)

Seems very inconsistent, and I don’t know enough about font uploading to add in any custom CSS to fix it.

Any help would be gratefully received!

    Thanks in advance.

Can you give me a screenshot of your Appearance > Font Uploader configuration?

    Thread Starter Paul

    (@pchild1)

Actually it’s sort of resolved (yes I know, I should have checked the ‘issue resolved’ box) – it now works in Chrome. To fix this I used a truetype format as opposed to opentype, which didn’t get on with Chrome for some reason.

However, it still doesn’t work in Internet Explorer.

Not sure how to attach a screenshot here, but basically I’ve selected the same .ttf font for all three div types (headers, lists, main body).

Only the pro version works in IE, since IE requires a completely different file format to be uploaded.

Ok, great. If I purchase the pro version, does that mean it will work on all of my WordPress sites?

It will work on all but IE10.
