Disable day in default datepicker

I wonder how I can disable a day in the default CF7 datepicker?
Maybe a shortcode or a jQuery trick? Tried a guide on Github without succes: https://github.com/relu/contact-form-7-datepicker/issues/37
Anybody a solution? Thanks!
