Thumbnail Resizing

With this theme my thumbnails are not cropping to my said dimensions. Even after I have thumbnail size and theme support in my functions. Is the thumbnail being generated by theme specific code? if so where?

My thumbnails work fine for every other theme but for some reason my thumbnails are always part of a large image in Magazino. It looks like the slider and thumbnails are using the same image. Seems a bit silly.

Any help would be appreciated !?? I have tried all the normal methods around online and rebuilt thumbnails and cleared cache each time ??
