Settings page not opening.

I tried multiple options to reach settings page, still no success.
Options tried
1. As per code it is looking for TweetMachineWidget_options data from DB, Added that no success
2. Checked code for setting page url, no details found
3. Added default values in the code for settings .. still no showPlease suggest
