nofollow external links in WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast

  • I realize this may be a basic question but I have spent a lot of time and yet am not able to figure it out.

    All I am looking for is the option in WordPress SEO plugin to ‘nofollow’ external links on my Contact page.

    If you look at the source, I have a ton of external links that I need to nofollow. Do I have to do this manually or does WordPress or this SEO plugin has an option?
