twenty eleven blip – slash in commenters' names

Hi,

Something strange is happening in twenty eleven to a commenter’s name whenever they post a comment on my website.

You can see two lines in Firefox that are cutting out part of the commenter’s name:
https://anniehearts.com/blog/?p=91#comments

It doesn’t appear in Explorer and in Safari, all you see is a white blob.

Anyone know how to fix this? Any help is appreciated!
