    Just checking in here to see if the dev is reading these support requests. Happy to provide the URL privately and also willing to pay/donate to help this get resolved. Kind of urgent. Thanks.

    No, this is still an open issue. Sadly the developer has not responded to this request, though as noted I’m happy to pay/donate for the help.

    bump – I’m also having this issue.

    FYI I was able to workaround this using another plugin called Login with Ajax and adding shortcode [lwa] in place of [LOGIN-FORM] not ideal but get’s the job done. Dev’s please update when you get this resolved.
