front end photo uploader

Hello,
I have been searching and searching for a plugin or any option to add a front end uploader for my customers to submit their images. I have two samples of what type of uploader i need if someone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

The company olapic only lets you use them if your a big companyplease help.
